Hon’ble Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul (Sitting Judge of the Supreme Court of India) has kindly shared his ideas and thoughts on several aspects relating to legal academia through a Foreword in Volume XI Issue I of the NLIU Law Review.
The Hon’ble Justice voices the important role legal academia and legal writing play in driving and shaping the legal reforms across the country. He postulates that journals help further the idea of independent analysis, liberation of thought and thereby hold the potential to inspire the nation-builders of tomorrow.
