2nd NLIU Agreement Drafting and Presentation Competition, 2025

Greetings from the NLIU Law Review!
We are delighted to announce the 2nd NLIU Agreement Drafting and Presentation Competition, 2025 in collaboration with Saraf & Partners (“Competition”). Organized by the NLIU Law Review, this competition aims to foster an in-depth understanding of contract law by engaging students in a rigorous drafting and presentation exercise. The second edition of the Competition will be conducted physically at the NLIU campus on 22-23 March, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to students currently pursuing their Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Law (3-year LL.B., 5-year LL.B., or LL.M.).
  • Teams may consist of individual participants or co-authors.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Last Date for Registration: 10 February, 2025
  • Last Date for Submission of Drafted Agreements: 25 February, 2025
  • Notification of Selected Teams for Phase II: 7 March, 2025
  • Presentation Round at NLIU Campus: 22-23 March, 2025

AWARDS

  • Winners: Internship with Saraf & Partners + Cash Prize of Rs. 25,000 + Free Access to Manupatra Academy Course
  • Runners-Up: Cash Prize of Rs. 15,000 + Free Access to Manupatra Academy Course
  • Second Runners-Up: Certificate + Cash Prize of Rs. 10,000 + 50% Discount on Manupatra Academy Course
  • Best Overall Submission: Cash Prize of Rs. 5,000
  • Certificate of Merit to top 15 participants
  • Certificate of Participation to all participants
